• Custom Design packages are seated in the order in which they are received, with renewing subscribers receiving priority. Seats are always the best available based on subscriber preferences.

• Flex Pass holders receive the best available seats at the time of voucher redemption.

Easy Exchanges & Replacements

• Subscribers never pay exchange fees.

• Exchange or return your tickets* by contacting the Box Office at (847) 272-0755.

• Ticket Insurance: Misplaced your tickets or left them at home? We will gladly provide printed duplicates free of charge.

*Please Note: All ticket exchange requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Requests made inside of 24 hours before or anytime after your scheduled performance will not be eligible for credit, exchange, or refund.

Bring a Friend - No Extra Charge

• With every subscription you purchase, we give you a “Bring a Friend” coupon for a complimentary single ticket to a concert of your choice.

• Redeem by emailing or calling the NSO office with the name of your invited guest and the selected concert.
